All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.

Consultations are necessary for event reservations and can be arranged via phone calls, WhatsApp, or through our social media channels. This ensures that we understand our clients' requirements and can tailor our services to meet their specific needs.

The booth requires a 12ft (L) x 12ft (W) x 12 ft (H) space with access to a standard power outlet.

The venue must be easily accessible for setup at least one hour before the event.

Clients are responsible for the appropriate use of props and accessories.

Any intentional misuse of equipment resulting in damage will incur repair charges.

Clients will receive their 360 spin videos digitally within 48 hours after the event.

Options for physical copies or extended content access can be discussed upon request.

All Aboard 360 allows the client to utilize all media produced by the photo booth during the event for any purpose.

All Aboard 360 hereby releases to client any and all rights to any media

Should All Aboard 360 fail to provide a fully operational booth for the event, the client will receive full refund 

If All Aboard 360 can only offer partial services due to circumstances beyond their control, payment arrangements will be discussed.

Clients must ensure the venue is accessible for setup and meets our requirements.

Any specific event details or requirements must be communicated to All Aboard 360 in advance.

Clients will be responsible for any damage or loss made to the All Aboard 360's equipment due to misuse by the client or any guest

All Aboard 360  is not liable for any injuries or direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred during the event.
